Josh Smith
Owner & Property Care SpecialistJosh brings decades of hands-on experience in construction, maintenance, repair, and property systems. Raised by a general contractor and homebuilder, his career has spanned residential and commercial construction, skilled trades, contracting, property management, and long-term property maintenance. This broad background gives him a unique understanding of how properties are built, how they age, and what it takes to keep them performing at their best.
Karis Smith
With a background in veterinary medicine and agriculture, Karis has spent years working closely with clients, coordinating care, and managing complex day-to-day operations. Those same skills help her provide exceptional customer service while keeping High Valley's administrative and property care services running smoothly. She oversees client communication, scheduling, and administrative operations while also assisting with inspections and field work. Karis is passionate about helping clients stay informed, organized, and confident in the condition of their properties.
