High Valley Property Care is owned and operated by Josh and Karis Smith. Together, they bring a unique combination of hands-on technical experience, property management knowledge, and customer service.

Josh has spent his life working in and around the trades. His background includes residential and commercial construction, custom woodworking, electrical contracting, ranch management, plumbing, & mechanical repair, and property maintenance. Over the years, that diverse experience has given him a unique understanding of how properties function as complete systems rather than a collection of unrelated parts.

Karis brings experience in property operations, organization, and customer care. Having helped manage a large ranch property and its day-to-day operations, she understands the importance of preventative maintenance, attention to detail, and reliable communication. She oversees client services and day-to-day operations while also assisting with inspections and field work, helping ensure every client receives organized, responsive, and professional service.
